World Thinking Day
World Thinking Day is an annual celebration where we recognize the worldwide sisterhood of Girl Scouts and Girl Guides. The actual day is February 22, but the Coronado Service Unit often celebrates this day in March at the end of Girl Scout Week. Girls participate in group activities where they learn about different values.
In 2020, girls will be using threads to represent the concepts of diversity, equity and inclusion. Living Threads is designed to inspire them to reflect on how they can put equity and inclusion into practice and celebrate the diversity in their communities and beyond.
